Today, the team at The Wealth Designers came together to discuss the concept of change.

In our personal lives, change is often viewed positively, recognised for its self-transformative and highly rewarding nature. However, when it comes to organisational change, the reaction can be quite different. The typical response to “our organisation is going to start a transformation” is often apprehensive.

It is natural to want to hold on to what is familiar and what operates smoothly. Yet, to remain at the forefront, continuous progress is essential.

The Wealth Designers are currently undergoing significant changes. Some of these changes are already in place, some are underway, and others are still to come. Today’s gathering was an opportunity for the team to confront any fears and embrace the future.

The Wealth Designers extend special thanks to the distinguished guests who contributed to this event. Cricket legend Justin Langer delivered an inspiring and engaging talk. Jim Stackpool from Certainty Advice Group provided valuable insights into the future of financial advice. Comedian Peter Rowsthorn entertained everyone with his humorous opening monologue, bringing laughter to the room.
