Terms and Conditions for Client Referral Program

1. Eligibility:

The referral program is open to all existing clients of The Wealth Designers.

Referrals must be new clients who have not previously engaged with The Wealth Designers.

The referral must be submitted prior to or at the time of the initial contact with the referred party.

2. Referral Reward:

A reward of $250 will be provided electronically upon the successful signing and payment of a Terms of Engagement (TOE) by the referred client. The reward options include:

  • Live Well & Self-care: A day spa voucher from Endota.
  • Live Well & Dine Out: A restaurant voucher from The Restaurant Gift Card.
  • Live Well & Get Away: A travel voucher from Luxury Escapes.
  • Live Well and Give Well: A donation to a registered charity of the referrer’s choice. If this option is selected, The Wealth Designers will make the donation directly to the charity in its own name. The referrer will not receive a tax receipt for the donation.
3. Referral Process: 

Referrals must be submitted through the designated referral webpage on The Wealth Designers’ website.

The referrer must provide accurate contact information for the referred client.

The referred client must sign a Terms of Engagement (TOE) for the referral to be considered successful.

4. Reward Distribution:

Rewards will be issued within approximately 30 days of the referred client paying the fee of the signed TOE.

The referrer will be contacted to choose their preferred reward option.

Vouchers are issued with respect to the providers’ terms and conditions, which referrers should read before selecting their nominated reward option.

5. Program Duration:

The referral program is ongoing but may be terminated or modified at any time at the discretion of The Wealth Designers.

6. General Conditions:

Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Wealth Designers reserves the right to verify the eligibility of referrals and referrers.

The Wealth Designers reserves the right to disqualify any referral that does not meet the program’s terms and conditions.

The Wealth Designers is not responsible for any taxes or additional costs associated with the rewards.

Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of The Wealth Designers.

7. Privacy:

All personal information collected as part of the referral program will be handled in accordance with The Wealth Designers’ Privacy Policy which can be viewed here.

Gift card Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions are set by the individual gift card providers, and are summarised by The Wealth Designers. Please check the provider’s website for full details and the latest updates.

Endota Spa

The Freedom Gift Card by Endota.

Redeemable on:

    • Any facial, massage, body or beauty treatment
    • Our award-winning skincare and wellness products
    • Redeemable online and in spa at any one of our many locations across Australia.

Choose between an immersive endota spa experience or our nourishing skincare ranges and wellness products. Whether it’s a signature facial, custom massage for their individual needs or selection of skincare and wellness products for an at-home spa experience, you’ll have the freedom to make it possible.

Gift Cards can be exchanged for any treatment of the same value, upgraded to a different treatment, used across multiple transactions, or exchanged for products online or in-spa.

All Gift Cards have a 3-year expiry date.

The Restaurant Card

The Restaurant Card by The Card Network.

This Card is a restricted access network gift card that can be used for electronic transactions, to purchase goods and services at merchants in the designated merchant category code. The Card will be activated upon purchase at point of sale or the time of despatch for online or corporate orders.

The card is valid for 3 years from the date of sale. You can also check the remaining period of use and the card balance here. It is your responsibility to be aware of the expiry period and use the card prior.

The Restaurant Gift Card works at venues that have designated the merchant category code Eating Places and Restaurants (5812) or Drinking Places (5813). The card is not valid and will not work at venues outside of these merchant category codes. Specifically the card is not valid at venues that are designated by their merchant category code as Fast food or quick service restaurants. Gift cards are still subject to individual merchant acceptance and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable law and subject always to the individual trading terms of each participating merchant.

The Card cannot be used to make transactions that exceed the available balance. For such a transaction you need to pay the difference by another method if the merchant agrees.

The Card cannot be used to obtain or redeem cash and cannot be used for making direct debit, recurring, or regular installment payments. Authorisations may be declined at some merchants (such as gambling merchants or merchants who choose not to accept prepaid cards). We are not liable in any way when an authorisation is declined for any particular transaction except where the authorisation has been declined because of an act or omission on our part.

Luxury Escapes

Gift Card issued by Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd (Luxury Escapes).
Gift Cards are only available for use on Luxury Escapes Packages and exclude airfares.

You must register as a member of Luxury Escapes on the Website before a Gift Card may be redeemed. The transaction will be completed when the balance has reduced on your Gift Card. Please note Gift Cards can only be used on the Australian website.

No change will be given for any Remaining Gift Card Value. The Remaining Gift Card Value may be used in whole or part as a credit in your Account to be used for future purchases until the Remaining Gift Card expires.

You agree that we can reduce the Remaining Gift Card Value by the value of all purchases of goods and services that are authorised by you.

The following are the exclusions applicable to the redemption of your Gift Card:

    • The Gift Card is only redeemable to purchase featured packages on the Website up to the value stated.
    • Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Gift Card Codes cannot be replaced, refunded or redeemed;
    • The Gift Card and the accompanying Gift Card Codes are not redeemable for cash.
    • The Gift Card and the accompanying Gift Card Codes will expire in 3 years from the date of issue.
    • Cash will not be given or credited for any unused amount.
    • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards or other forms of payment. Further, Gift Cards cannot be purchased with Luxury Escapes Credit.
    • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase airfares, insurance or any other ancillary products or services not included in a featured package.

Charity donation

If the referrer selects the charity donation reward option, The Wealth Designers will make the donation directly to the registered charity chosen by the referrer. The donation will be made in the name of The Wealth Designers, not in the name of the referrer. As such, the referrer will not receive a tax receipt for the donation, as the payment is made by The Wealth Designers and not by the referrer.
