TWD Wealth Advisor Robin Sandover finalist for IFA Excellence Awards
We are proud to share that our Principal Wealth Advisor Robin Sandover has been selected as a finalist in the IFA (Independent Financial Adviser) Excellence Awards 2024.
Robin is shortlisted for the Client Outcome of the Year award for a wealth solution he designed for a client whose financial situation was in major flux. From living on the full age pension, her finances became more complex overnight after receiving a family inheritance, including a large share portfolio with significant unrealised capital gains.
After listening to her and understanding her priorities, Robin drew on his mastery of tax and investment strategy to create a bespoke plan. He was able to minimise the tax liability and structure her finances so that she would have a simplified portfolio, a contingency fund, an increased annual living budget, an overseas travel fund and some cash to upgrade her car and do some home reno projects. He explained all the moving parts with client-friendly diagrams and flow charts, making everything easy to follow.
