Celebrating Karen’s 10-Year Milestone at TWD

Last month, we celebrated a very special milestone as our office manager Karen Pearce celebrated 10 years as part of The Wealth Designers .

Over the past decade, Karen has become an integral part of our team, with her loyalty, warmth and genuine care for both clients and colleagues shaping the supportive culture we’re known for today.

Our founder Troy MacMillan said Karen’s contribution over the past 10 years has been nothing short of incredible.
